Substitution Policy

Our aim is always to provide 100% satisfaction however occasionally; substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the unavailability of certain flowers. To maintain the appearance and spirit of the bouquet, we follow these substitution guidelines: . Care is taken to maintain the style and colour scheme of the arrangement.

The colours of a mixed arrangement will be matched as closely as possible to the desired bouquet, using flowers of equal value. With our Gift Baskets we may have to substitute products occasionaly but always the value and quality will be maintained.
